Mehrzad Rafeei is a California-licensed architect and founder of RADArch, specializing in multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments across California. She has extensive experience in project management, permitting, code compliance, consultant coordination, and construction administration from concept through completion. Previously, she held leadership and project management roles at firms including The Albert Group Architects, West Pacifica Design, and Opal Construction Co. Mehrzad holds a Master of Design Research with distinction from Southern California Institute of Architecture and is licensed as an architect in both California and Iran.
Mohammad Davarfara is an architectural designer, plans examiner, founder of RADArch, and project professional with experience in residential, commercial, and urban development projects. With a strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and construction processes, he has contributed to a variety of projects through design development, technical documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. His experience across both private practice and public-sector environments reflects a focus on practical design solutions, effective communication, and thoughtful project execution.
